SignDesk’s products constitute an end-to-end documentation system designed to digitize and streamline paper-based processes. Our product catalog currently includes: a Video KYC onboarding solution leveraged with ML and AI techniques, a digital stamping & franking product for real-time online stamp duty payment, an eSign workflow solution offering both Aadhaar eSign & digital signatures, and an eMandate product to automate recurring payments through eNACH which also supports Aadhaar eSign-based mandates.

SignDesk is a module of Desk Nine Pvt. Ltd, a technology company with a mission to digitize business documentation across the board, and was founded by Krupesh Bhat and Ashok Kadsur in 2016.

SignDesk was launched by Mr. Nandan Nilekani, co-founder of Infosys and former chairman of UIDAI.

SignDesk presently employs over 125 professionals with offices in 5 major cities.
